Hi Everyone
I am getting a few inquiries regarding the dinner.
It is important to RSVP to both our events;
Welcome Party, Performance Presentation and Top Dog Parade on the Friday night. We need numbers for catering purposes.
The Dinner
The dinner tickets are limited due to space so we also need to know numbers.
This can be paid 3 ways.
1. With your easy dog entries
2. with your snail mail entries
3. direct deposit into our National account.
However we need the form filled out with the numbers attending both or one event.
Please note on the form how you are going to be paying as per the 3 options above. Either snail mail or scan the form back to the email address on the form. If snail mail please email the same address and we will provide the address.

Tickets are now available for our raffle, we will have tickets on the weekend of the National. Carol Wright and myself are coming to NSW Club specialty at Easter with tickets. Anyone that would like to advance purchase these tickets please contact Carol details below or email myself at weinational@gmail.com.
All Confirmation Invites for the Top Dog Parade have gone out tonight.
This includes
Top 20 Weimaraners & Top 5 Longhair Weimaraners.
Number 1 All breeds
Number 1 Puppy

All Specialty BEST IN SHOW winners.
Top 15 Performance Dogs will be finalised in the first week in February and invites will follow.

VETERAN RESUMES REQUIRED FOR NATIONAL.
If there are any Wei owners who will be bringing their Veterans to the National please let us know as we would like to order neck rosettes to be presented by the Life members of the club in the Parade of Veterans.
We also require full name details & a resume no more than 100 words by the end of February.

Our National event will be video this will include the top dog parade and the 2 days of showing. An order form for the DVD of the weekend. These order forms will be available over the weekend.

Hi Everyone
For anyone wishing to camp on site this is allowed, however;
DOGS Victoria is not an official camping ground. As such it is necessary to have a fully self-contained mobile vehicle in order to camp on the grounds. No tents are permitted on site.
Dogs Victoria has asked that we collate all the bookings.
If you would like to camp onsite please fill out the form, if you can scan the form and email to weinational@gmail.com or snail mail to Weimaraner Club of Victoria 15 The Boulevard Yarraville 3013. Payment can be made by Cheque or EFT.

Closer to our show we will contact all bookings and advise of designated area.
Entries can be made for both the CCD class (unless already titled) and CD class for the same dog BUT at check in you must
specify which class you are going to compete in. (only one class can be entered per trial for the same dog for CCD or CD eligible dogs)
A few points after a couple of questions from people.
1. The dinner is at KCC Park the same grounds as the show.
2. Dinner tickets can be ordered and paid with easy dog entries, however please still send in the form and mark paid with easy dog entries.
3. If you want to send your dinner booking with your entries snail mail please fill out the form that was with the Marquee Release and post with your entries to Kim Bourke details on our schedule.
4. If you want to just snail mail the dinner form please email weinational@gmail.com and I will give you the address.
5. Friday night function is Free but we do need numbers so please fill in the form and email to weinational@gmail.com and I will give you address for snail mail.
6. There will be room for people to set up their own shade.
7. I will be posting the donation list soon please make sure you get your donation pledge in ASAP.
We will have an information booklet out early next year once we finalise some other details.
